At DaVinci Baby, we want you to love every piece your little one wears; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
